VINCE NESLINE, CPA

PRESIDENT

Vince holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Georgetown University. He has been with Stoy, Malone since 1983. Vince has extensive tax and financial experience with small businesses and their owners, as well as with not-for-profit organizations. Vince is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is active in the Maryland Association of CPAs. He currently serves as Treasurer  of the Rotary Club of Towson and for the Prospect Hill Cemetery of Towson. For recreation, Vince enjoys sailing and boating on the Chesapeake Bay.

 

JOHN B. KINCAID, JR., CPA

SHAREHOLDER

John is a 1987 graduate from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. John has been with Stoy, Malone & Company since 1988. His specialties include accounting and auditing of small businesses, non-profits and distributors. John is a member of the American Institute of Certfied Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of CPAs. He is an Eagle Scout and serves as Treasurer of the Catholic Business Network of Prince Georges County.

  

CYNTHIA M. ALT, CPA

SHAREHOLDER

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Towson University. A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, Cindy started her career with Tarr and Scholl and has remained with Stoy Malone since ther merger in 1986. She works with a variety of clients including individuals, small businesses, medical practices and with nonprofits. She volunteers as the Treasurer of a church sponsored child care center.

 

JOYCE T. O'DWYER, CPA, CVA

SHAREHOLDER

Joyce Tarr O'Dwyer is a graduate cum laude of Randolph-Macon College, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. She has been with Stoy, Malone since 1986. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the MACPA State Tax Committee. She is also a member of the Towson Chamber of Commerce.
In addition,
Joyce is active in Boy Scouts of America and sings in the choir at Grace United Methodist Church. Joyce works with individual clients, large corporations and private foundations. She also manages the firm's Business Valuation Division.

 

ANNA V. LYBROOK, CPA

SHAREHOLDER

Anna Vitale Lybrook is a graduate of TowsonUniversity and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She originally joined Stoy, Malone in 1981, left in 1990 and returned in 1999. Anna is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and is past-president of the American Women's Society of CPAs - Baltimore Chapter. In addition to her professional society activities, Anna serves as Treasurer of the Ed Block Courage Awards Foundation and as Co-Chair of the Finance Committee and School Board Member for St. Augustine School in Elkridge, Maryland. Anna works with a variety of clients including individuals, small businesses and non-profit organizations. She is also responsible for the firm's Controller Services Division.

 

JEFFREY M. LAWSON, CPA

SHAREHOLDER

Jeff has been with the Firm since January 1999.  His primary concentration is in the area of taxation.  Jeff is a graduate of Towson University where he earned a B.S. in Accounting in 1998 and most recently, he earned an M.S. in Taxation at the University of Baltimore.  Jeff is very active in the Maryland Association of CPAs where he served on their board of directors.  He is a founding member and past chair of the MACPA’s New/Young Professionals Network, (NYPN).  He also serves as Treasurer of North Carroll Farms Homeowners Association.

 

G. RICHARD SCHOLL, CPA

DIRECTOR

After several years of audit and tax experience with both national and local accounting firms, Rick co-founded Tarr & Scholl CPAs with Joseph A. Tarr in 1978. In 1986, Tarr & Scholl merged with Stoy, Malone. Accordingly, Rick is personally familiar with the unique challenges faced by entrepreneurs and new businesses. Rick was a Director and Officer of the Merchants Club of Baltimore City for several years and is a member of the American Horse Council. Current professional associations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Baltimore Estate Planning Council.
